Surveys
Our surveys are designed to gather accurate information about roof condition and geometry. Using 3D scanning technology, we capture detailed measurements of roof layouts and drainage falls in a single visit.
Survey outputs may include level analysis, moisture mapping, thermographic imaging and drone surveys where appropriate. Core sampling can also be undertaken as part of the survey process to provide further insight into the roof build-up.
Core Samples
Core sampling involves carefully removing a small section of the roof build-up for examination. This helps identify the materials present, the depth of layers and potential signs of moisture within the system.
The information gathered supports a clearer understanding of the existing construction and can inform decisions about repair, refurbishment or replacement works.
Condition Reports
Our team inspects waterproofed areas to evaluate their current condition and identify visible defects, wear or damage. All findings are collated into a comprehensive condition report, which typically includes:
· An assessment of membranes, joints, terminations and detailing
· Details of any cracking, blistering, delamination or water ingress
· Photographic documentation
· Recommendations for repair or refurbishment options
Specifications
Our technical team provides project-specific guidance to support the design and specification process for both refurbishments and new builds. A Technical Sales Manager acts as a single point of contact throughout the project cycle.
Support may include NBS specifications, BIM objects, detail drawings and design calculations such as U-value analysis, wind loading, tapered insulation layouts and rainwater drainage calculations.
